「Perfect for a quick overnight stay so we could get an early start. Friendly staff, easy check in. Even let us take a pint to the room 👍. Room was basic but did the job.it was fairly loud in the club but we couldn’t hear anything from our room. 」

「We were greeted by friendly and given directions to our room,No 10. On entering our room we found it to be spacious with a ‘huge’ bed. There was tea and coffee making facilities with biscuits and everything one would need for a comfortable stay. The en-suite was lovely and spacious with a great shower. The meal we had was excellent and all in all it was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.」

「Another good stay. Well organised, clean and good food at reasonable prices. Only downside was that, on one of the hottest nights of the year so far, the aircon wasn’t enabled and so a hot, sticky night ensued. But a nice place to stay and Lichfield itself is a good place to visit. 」

「I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean. 「Lovely accommodation attached to a pub. Pub served a good selection of drinks and a decent menu for main meals or light bites. Breakfast was lovely, again with a decent selection. Staff were all lovely. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. 」
