Was amazed with how clean the room was. The Wi-Fi was great. Parking was easy and great.All the staff was very helpful and courteous. Especially at the front desk I had a couple issues and Nicole was able to solve my issues anything else I needed any problems or anything they were all taken care of immediately and handled properly. But just want to point out that a call at the front desk was very helpful when I had an issue with the room went down explain the issue with the booking and she was quickly able to solve the problem and was extremely helpful and courteous went a long way with me I appreciate it

The WoodSpring Suites in Wilkes-Barre is an acceptable place to stay near a wealth of shopping and dining. If planning an extended stay, I don't know if there are more amenities for the unit. For example, although there is a microwave, refrigerator, and a couple of electric burners, there were no utensils and cookware for cooking, no silverware or plates and glasses and not even cups of any kind to drink from. The room's overhead light was sufficient and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was wonderful customer service was a 10/10 but the actual hotel was dirty. When we got to our floor the smell in the hallway was disgusting. There was a Kitchenette yes, but there were no cabinets and no plates cups silverware! Literally nothing. The sink, bathtub, and walls were all stained. Would never go back.

This is a privately owned property, so you can tell that some TLC has been put into this place. It has a discount vibe, with some patches in the wall here and there, but the room is clean and has everything you need for a quick or extended stay. The hallway and elevator do have a slight smoke smell, but once you get past that and into your room, it doesn’t matter or really affect your stay. Thanks for having us!

Our check in time was supposed to be at 3 pm, our room wasn’t ready until after 5:30 pm, when I got to the room people was still cleaning and floor was all wet, the beds was good, soft pillows but just one very thin wore blanket , the room has a very strong smell like an old house been abandoned, we decided to check out before 7 am even though the time is 11 am, just couldn’t be there anymore. Over all , so bad experience and hope not to go back ever
