「Ice machines on two floors were out of service. Also A/C leaked and there was a large wet spot on the floor the morning I checked out.」

「The facility has been completely renovated beautifully done. All new and so very clean. Excellent bed and bedding. They accept pets, which is a big plus. Staff was excellent. The only drawback for me was there was no pool, it had been filled in. Nice alternative if you’re not into the B&B scene there.」

「The staff of this hotel was friendly and helpful. However, the overall quality of this facility is unsatisfactory. There is almost no soundproofing. We can hear people talking clearly from next door or in the hallway. The hygiene of this hotel is concerning. All my family members got bedbug bites, causing severe itching and swelling. We had to go to urgent care to get a prescribed medication. I recommend that the hotel thoroughly clean the bedding and linens.」

「First of all the host and his family were amazing and very friendly. They were very down to earth and made us fell right at home. The BnB was beautiful and we loved all the old style furniture and amenities. The breakfast meal was delicious and very creative. Overall my wife and I had an awesome time staying there and visiting Jefferson, TX. We will definitely be returning. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—they are super helpful, genuinely hospitable, and go above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend!」

「The front desk is pretty good and friendly! She spend a lot of time to let us know the history of the city and recommended which food is good or not. It is safe to walk around in the night. There is no people around the hotel and pretty close to the gas station, only spend 4 mins if you drive. 」

You can hear a pin drop it is so peaceful and quiet while you enjoy the outdoor fire pit and complimentary snacks and drinks. MANY of their guests are Repeat customers and you will be too.」
