"The amenities were very nice"

"#1. Very expensive. There are a lot of amenities that come with it so that may account for the price. Plus everything around there is expensive. #2. The only way to park there is with an app and you have to pick where you want to park before you arrive and see where the spaces are at. We originally choose a space that was Right Up Against a Wall and Pillar. We have a sonata so it's not huge but it would have required almost a 90-degree turn to get in. So, we had to go in and try to find a human at the front desk who could help. Before that, the app only gave us the option to accept the problem or cancel the reservation. Oh...and there was someone else in "our space" when we returned so We had to re-reserve (3rd time) and further away while they tried to find the person. #3. Humans...there are few around. When you come into the lobby, there is no one at the desk. It's all automated...digital and cold. Someone was nearby who came and helped with the parking but it's still sterile in there. #4. Modern is in the name so I guess I don't like modern. The halls are very long, narrow and there is no personality in the place. Reminded me of an institution. #5. Our room was big but there was a can on the balcony, a wrapper by the bed and the thick rugs were not vacuumed. So...while there are great things about this place, we will look for something less complicated, more human and warm in the future. "

"The room they assigned to us was in a courtyard under total construction. After arriving at 1:00 AM, we woke up construction equipment right outside our deck. There were dump trucks, backhoes, etc. and it sounded like a war zone. How can ANY hotel think it's ok to put guest in an area like this? We were appreciated that they moved our room the next night but we were only there for 2 nights. Not a quality hotel"

"It was horrible. We were bitten by bed bugs and had to be examined my EMTs. They would not compensate us for the room and are making us go through their insurance investigator. They did not even offer an apology and wont let us see a copy of the report unless we subpoena the Tribal Nation. A truly stressful and horrible experience."

"This little boutique style hotel is so nice. It is pretty, the staff was amazing. The pool had plenty of seating. It is obviously older but has been updated and well maintained. The large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were an added bonus. Our room also had a washer/dryer combo which was lovely. Even though breakfast is not offered, there were fresh donuts in the lobby every morning as well as snacks, and drinks available. There were also complimentary snacks in our room. We also loved the keyless entry to our room. No more keeping track of keys. Plenty of parking, and several restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store and grocery store. Again, the staff was lovely! Friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be staying here again. "

"Gym was nice but a bit small. Our room was fine but the couple we were traveling with were out in an uncleaned room that was very dirty. They were able to switch rooms but seems like lack of quality control. Pool was nice but they ran out of towels "

"The Falls was the kid’s favorite spot during the day. Made good use of the pickleball courts in the evening and the family pool for a later dip in the water. In-room service was great. Everyone was helpful an attentive. Great overall!"
