「Brand new facility in excellent condition. They were not prepared to check us in on time, and we had to wait close to 1.5 hours past check-in as the room was not ready. This caused a delay in our travel plans. We did not get any housekeeping services any of the days we were there, despite specifically requesting them on two of the days.
