Ottimo hotel con spa

Accoglienza calorosa da parte dello staff, ci hanno dato una camera con letti per persone alte, io sono due metri, accorgimento molto apprezzato! Siamo andati subito in spa dopo una giornata di sci, SPA molto piacevole e calda, peccato per l’idromassaggio che era guasto. La cena in mezza pensione è stata di nostro gradimento, antipasto e dolce a buffet. Camere molto spaziose, pulite e molto calde (forse troppo). Ci tornerei.

Hübsches Hotel, leider in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die neuen Besitzer geben sich sehr viel Mühe um an den alten Glanz wieder anzuschließen. Das Hotel stand einige Jahre ohne Besitzer da. Wir wünschen dem neuen Team viel Erfolg.

Piacevole soggiorno

Alessandro, il proprietario, ed il suo staff, sono semplicemente deliziosi. Sempre attenti ad anticipare le esigenze ed i desideri di tutti. In cucina un eccellente professionista. La struttura è pulita, calda e confortevole (camere, area relax ed aree comuni). Il parcheggio disponibile e gratuito permette di dimenticate l'auto ed usare lo skibus (anch'esso gratuito soggiornando in hotel) a 3min dalla struttura. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Leider keine Verständigung möglich

Das Hotel wurde vor einiger Zeit von Chinesen übernommen, die leider kein deutsch sprachen, für Südtirol eher untypisch! Sie waren nett und bemüht! Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet aber auf dem Zimmer fehlte das gewisse extra! Keine Bilder an den Wänden und keine Deko, alles sehr lieblos! Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und waren mehr als enttäuscht! Das Essen ist nicht empfehlendwert, wir hatten uns auf regionale Küche gefreut! Es gab unter anderem 3x die Woche Gulasch und 2x Schweishaxe. Das in einer Woche noch nicht mal die Gerichte abwechslungsreicher waren, hat uns dazu bewogen die letzten 2 Tage Abends auswärts zu essen! Ausserdem die Vorgabe, dass es erst ab 19.30 Uhr Abendessen gab, hat uns sehr gestöhrt. Da die Verständigung ja nicht klappte, konnten wir uns also vor Ort auch nicht darüber beschweren!

Nettes Hotel Nähe Zentrum und Skibushaltestelle

Empfang und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter herrvoragend! Wellnessbereich teiweise neu renoviert. Zimmerservice anfangs nicht sehr gut, hat sich aber während unseres Aufenthaltes deutlich gesteigert. Küche italienisch sehr gut. Die Übersetztungen der Speisen ins deutsche waren nicht immer zutreffend, tat aber unserem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Preis/Leistung hat gepasst!

Hotel in gutem Skigebiet und sehr nettem Städtchen

Zimmer und Sauberkeit sehr gut, Essen weniger gut Service ist sehr bemüht, aber sie können es nicht umsetzen. Beim Frühstück muss man Personal immer wieder auffordern, dass was aus ist. Eigentlich wäre es ein nettes Hotel, aber die Kleinigkeit mit dem Essen und dem Service, der leider nicht umgesetzt wird, verliert das Hotel an Weiterempfehlung.
