「This apartment was super cute, and a good fit for our family of 5. the small kitchen was adequately equipped to allow for some in house meals. A short walk to the main attractions all made for a great experience. The apartment does not have a television, and no laundry on site.」

「This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」

「It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key. 」

「Sadly so much went wrong on my stay with 2 young children..The air con leaked water and therefore the room was extremrly hot as in the attic..The windows couldn't be opened fully as unsafe for my child. We were moved to another room but in that room there was no hot water. Then a man entered our room using the key pad but left when he saw us. Feeling very unsafe (as the staff I spoke to coukd not trsce doen eho it was) we moved again to the previous room and my children went to sleep far too...

「Ansich ist das Zimmer in Ordnung. Die Straße ist durch die Pflastersteine sehr laut. Da wir eh mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen, war das zumindest nachts kein Problem. Ein Bett quietschte sehr arg. Das schränkt dann schon ein bisschen ein. Parken an der Straße ist nicht möglich, da es sich ringsherum um Bewohnerparkplätze handelt. Da sind die 9 € pro Nacht für den Parkplatz akzeptabel, im Gegensatz zu den Tagespreisen in den Parkhäusern.」
