Staff has normal service. Nice hotel, clean. Area around hotel is very far from actual turistic places, 45-80 mins away AT LEAST. They are not flexible with dates as to refund, cancelation or adition.

Die Location ist sehr bequem, gleich daneben ist eine S-Bahn und eine Tram Station. Es gibt auch genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, z.B. Rewe, Netto, Kaufland...
