「The only thing I'm not satisfied with is that the front desk staff arranged me in a noisy room on the first floor facing the lobby, which was not soundproof enough and was crowded outside, resulting in a decrease in sleep quality! I am very dissatisfied with this arrangement😡」

「I expected better for what I paid.. you can hear everything and everyone in the halls. There was roaches! Outside is dirty.. found needles..I got the room with the big jet tub and when I turned it on it literally turned the water brown. $237 for one night and I was not happy. The breakfast bar was the only good thing about my stay. Was loaded with eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, potatoes, breads, coffees and juice. 」

「Our family had a great experience here. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and all the other amenities were great. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was very nice. This was probably one of the better hotels that we stayed at. The only criticism would be that the breakfast serving staff was overwhelmed. The two mornings that we got breakfast, there were always something that was needed: silverware, juice, pancake batter, plates, cups, etc. The poor woman was running around...

「Rooms seemed clean, bed was comfortable. Location was convenient for an Uber to Santander Arena. Check in took quite awhile but i don't think it was because of the staff, the couple booking kept making changes. However, there was only one person checking in but 2-3 people behind the desk. Overall, happy with the stay and would book there again. 」

「The person at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The room was very nice with comfortable beds. The breakfast vouchers were for the Coffee Co. which is right next door. The food is very good. I would highly recommend staying at this property. We will be back.」

「Our stay was comfortable but a few items need looked at. First our room door “squeaked” loudly when opening it. Second the heat/ac was very “noisy” like there was something loose. We couldn’t sleep with it on. Sunday breakfast was good but wasn’t ready until almost 7:20.」

「A friend and I only stayed for one night but left wishing we could have stayed longer! The owners of this beautiful home, are friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. The house is beautiful, their pups are super friendly and the room was extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious too! We will definitely be back.」
