「BE CAREFUL! I booked this hotel for three nights back on August 27 of 2025, several months in advance of my Feb. 16th, 2026 check-in date. The agreed upon rate after tax was C$2,690.40. At time of checkout, the hotel charged me €2690.40. When I brought this back up with the hotel, they denied responsibility. This is a corrupt business which lacks integrity, and will take every opportunity to try and take advantage of its unsuspecting clients. Predatory. Transactional.」

Etwas getrübt wurde der gute Gesamteindruck durch den Umstand, dass wir weder im Restaurant speisen noch irgendein Getränk an der Bar erhalten konnten, mit der Begründung, man müsse sich um eine Reisegruppe kümmern. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser wäre bei 29 Grad schon schön gewesen.」
