"Based on the booking website this is a hotel. However, the staff said they are different than a hotel. Therefore, don't expect the same standards or service level from a normal hotel. Check in time is 4:00pm, and check out time is 11:00am. Will not stay again."
"We booked a deluxe double and it’s on the top floor. The room is spacious, clean, seems newly renovated with great comfy queen size bed.
The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions such as Grand Place, Mon de Arts, Museums, Cathedral and heaps of eateries and shops around.
The hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly.
We had a great stay here and will definitely come back in our future Brussel trip."
