「Housekeeping standard wasnt exactly up to my expectations. The lift broke down for 2 straight days without anyone repairing. Other than that, location was great! Very centralized and convenient but it also means very noisy especially on weekends.」

「Such a great location. If you're ever in the area, this is a place you need to stay. Nice rooms. Great breakfast and wonderful employees.」

「Lovely apartment with view over city. Very quiet. Happened to meet the building owner who was lovely and very interested in our feedback. A very well managed property. Location just across the river from the old town was perfect.」

「There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all.」

「It is rare when the actual hotel room looks better in person than in pictures but, that was the case here! Awesome room, well located! Great choice 」
