「Great clean rooms」

「Good」

「The hotel staff was very nice. It had a nice gym. Pool was closed, but I wasn't going to use it anyway. The continental breakfast was good... except for the eggs. The room is where everything went wrong. 1st, the light when you first walked in was out. Half of the shower door was missing... but worst of all, they bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. My back is still on a lot of pain more than aday and a half later. The reason I am giving a 3 star tating is...

「The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The tv kept having pixelization issues but outside of that I enjoyed my stayed.」

「Facility is clean and the breakfast was well served. Staff at evening check in could be better and the elevators were down and they had been for some time, as the paper on the elevator had bent corners. My wife has issues going up and down stairs, so I started to ask if they had any first floor rooms, but before I could get my comment out, all I got from the agent was "we are completely sold out."」

「Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use.」

「The staff was so friendly. Kate was really nice when I checked in late Monday. The bartenders were all great. The room was clean. Food at the bar was good. Only complaint: the pillows on the bed weren't great. Could have a little more variety on firm vs. soft.」
