Convenient location with spectacular Nth bay view

Our host Kelly Marie was welcoming and efficient and ot was helpful to be advised zbout what attractions and places to eat were local to our stay. The room was small but well kept and clean with a spacious bathroom.

It was very quiet , clean and with a beautiful view of the sea. Location was excellent with lots of nearby sights and activities. Breakfast was very good and the lady who assisted us was very helpful and polite. Calm and relaxed stay in beautiful Scarborough.

The room was quite comfortable, the view of the ocean was great, and the host was very accommodating. Totally satisfied.

Location was great. Clean and quiet room. Shower was disappointing. The removable shower head would not stay up. Water pressure was very low. And 3rd day no hot water at shower.

Kelly Marie just simply cannot do enough to make your stay any better a lovely lady asking can I get you anything else at breakfast nothing to much for her !

The property was very spacious for the type of property and number of rooms. The landlady was very helpful and lovely, couldn’t do enough for us. Lots of home comforts given (tea,coffee, water, binoculars) - very enjoyable stay. Will not hesitate to return

Business holiday trip

Nice hotel, Kelly Marie was an excellent host, very friendly, good continental breakfast in the morning. Room was good size comfortable with a nice view over the beach.

Great stay

Very nice guest house which I'd highly recommend. Ideal location for open air theatre. Scarborough seems to be regenerating so some bits look tired but the locals make up for this with their friendliness. The binoculars in the room were a nice touch

Packed for rain and then the sun came out.

Booked for one night stayed for two good location for local attractions we’d gone to visit the food festival at the open air theatre.Very warm welcome from Kelly Marie continental breakfast included freshly baked pastries and fresh fruit our room had a bay window with a sea view.The sun came out which made our stay even better.

Lovely clean hotel, warm and friendly host

The host, Kelly-Marie, was very warm, friendly and welcoming. She showed us up to our room and even gave us some tips on some local places to eat and drink. The room and the entire hotel was spotless, with a good complementary tray and toiletries, and nothing was too much trouble. I even got a card for my birthday, which was while we were there.

Lovely guest house, perfect for the cricket ground

I had a lovely three night stay. Comfortable guest house, very helpful owner, good breakfast and a short walk to the cricket ground. And a lovely sea view too.

Perfect for our stay

Check in was quick and easy, room was perfect for our stay and clean on arrival with a lovely sea view. Cant comment on breakfast because we didnt eat at the hotel. Close to The Open air theatre (5/10 minute walk) which is what we were here for. Would definately stay here if we ever come to Scarborough again. Thank you.

Stayed for the Cricket Festivals

Really nice place to say overlooking the cliffs & North Bay. Good breakfast options, helpful & friendly hosts. Great location for the cricket ground, 10 minutes walk to the town centre.
