「Stayed for the David Gray concert at Scarborough Open Air. The farm was a great base. The breakfast was very tasty and made to order. Thank you for a lovely stay , will definitely recommend!」

「Very friendly staff, clean and tidy. Good atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Probably the best one we have stayed in in Scarborough and we have stayed in quite a few! Unfortunately unable to access the restaurant for dinner as fully booked, but breakfast was delicious and well presented. Will definitely return.」

「We stayed over for the concert at the open air.
The hotel was clean and well maintained- all the staff were polite and friendly. Our room was clean. The bar was lovely and the restaurant and breakfast was perfect.
The en-suite was very small but clean.
The only thing that would have meant full star rating would have been a better parking arrangement, - a quality mattress and blackout curtains. That being said we would definitely stay here again.」

「Would never stay at this hotel again, we booked a windowless room however this was 2 floors below ground. The lifts weren’t working , the stairwell was dirty , the corridors didn’t have carpet or they were extremely worn, trying to find your room and way out was ridiculous it was like a rabbit warren with very poor signage . I was told that the rooms had previously been used for asylum seekers and this was obvious given the condition of the facility」
