「Tive muitos problemas na acomodação. Durante 3 meses entrei em contato pedindo para fazer um checkout tardio e me informaram que seria possível se eu pagasse uma taxa, informei ter interesse. Quando cheguei no hotel descobri que não tinham reservado meu quarto para o dia seguinte e que não teria onde ficar até o horário do meu voo.
