Good to have the shuttle bus service. Hotel is just next to Zepp Nagoya, very convenient if going to attend a concert there. Otherwise, it is a bit far away from the Nagoya Station and the shopping/dining center around the station. Room is clean and spacious. Suite is exactly the same as seen in the room picture on the booking website. Yet the view of the suite is not the iconic Church view. If do not have a budget concern, this hotel is a great place for relaxation.

Surprise for the gym
"it's a grand hotel in Nagoya. The room is worthy for the place in the middle of the city with hot tub and enough space. The gym and swimming pool is not free to use unless at 0600-0800, too early and too expensive for us to try. There is free parking in the hotel, the parking lot is popular during ..."
