「It wasn’t even finished be built. The parking lot wasn’t even completely paved. Hotels.com didn’t even know it wasn’t built. They sent me confirmation emails before my trip」

「The hotel is located in a very nice area, which is walkable, and lots of restaurants. The property is beautiful, staff is professional and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, a great size, with great bathrooms. I was very happy with the selection of this property. And, the breakfast selections were wonderful- including the addition of Greek yogurt - not just the sugary ones😁」

「The room was ok, me and my husband just wanted to get away for a couple of days. It served the purpose but nothing over the top ( at all ). The sink was broken, and so was the shower handle. But at least there wasn’t any roaches like the previous hotel. However, I will most likely not go back.」

「Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!」
