「Nice, cute building! The room overlooks the breakfast area and is clean and comfortable. The reception greeting was friendly and helpful. Close to the centre and restaurants and bars. Breakfast was laid out for 0800, a small selection but enough for me and really fresh.」

「The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. Aussi notre chambre avait une odeur desagreable ,la personne de la reception nous en a donner une autre .2eme probleme resolu .
