"Hotel's address in Hotels.com is WRONG!!! NO A/C in the rooms!!! We found woman's hair on the linens. The guy at the reception is nice but solves none of your problems so don't expect too much. Restaurant is expensive and staff is rude. Breakfast is very good and food at restaurant as well only thanks to the very nice guy in the kitchen and his wife we presume (only bright aspect of the hotel)."

"Breakfast!! Everything was clean and warm when we arrived, receptionist was super kind and helped us get some sauna time even though it was last minute. But the breakfast was the Best Part, with a huge variety of mostly homemade options. Then the gentleman gave us the safest route to get to our next stop. Above and beyond!"
