Bello ma..
Arrivati in hotel alle 15, nonostante il check-in era alle 12, mi è stato detto che la camera non era addirittura pronta..dopo più di mezz'ora di attesa, ci hanno dato la chiave, ma ahimè, la vasca idromassaggio era praticamente fredda e soprattutto non pulitissima...frigo trovato spento. Apprezzo la gentilezza di offrire un piccolo prosecco e qualche biscotto per l'attesa, ma se si viene pagata una bella cifra. Pretendo che tutto funzioni regolarmente visto che non parliamo di 20 o 50 euro. Sicuramente non tornerò

Ho passato la notte del mio settimo anniversario di matrimonio, dentro la suite Smeraldo, è stato ovviamente un esperienza indimenticabile.
La struttura si presenta bene, molto moderna accogliente, ma l'unico neo potrebbe essere curata un po' di più, come piccoli dettagli (rotolo carta igienica quasi finito, boccette shampoo quasi terminate) sono cose che si dovrebbero curare, per il resto staff molto disponibile, ho trovato anche spumanti o con calici petali di rose.
Se non cercate troppo, solo una notte passata in relax questo è il posto giusto a parte qualche noncuranza. Sono abbastanza soddisfatta dell'esperienza. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.

La struttura è bella e mediamente ben tenuta. Pecca un po' la cura nella pulizia (peli altrui nel bagno e nella camera rimasti per tutto il soggiorno). Molto carina la doccia spaziosa e con le luci, oeccato che il soffione fosse inutilizzabile. Nel sito parlava di colazione continentale, invece la colazione dev'essere prenotata il giorno prima e viene servita in camera, cosa che non incontra il nostro gusto ma magari altri apprezzano. Non c'era inoltre grande scelta. Lo staff era a tratti introvabile e indolente, simpaticissimo però il cagnolino alla reception!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del comfort e della pulizia della camera. La spa in camera è fantastica, l'ideale per un po di relax in coppia. Unica pecca il servizio, decisamente scarso e superficiale. In generale è stata comunque un'esperienza positiva.

Awesome Stay For A Couple's Night Out
This room was awesome! It was everything we needed and wanted in one suite. The room was very clean and designed nicely. There were a lot of details in the room to make the stay awesome. Also, the staff was so helpful! Even when we checked in later than planned and during the late night hour, they did everything they can to help us. We would definitely go back!

Very worth it
