「The staff were friendly and as helpful as possible, they quickly gave me a key to a room even though I arrived before the official check-in time and they were quickly to replace it when the door to the first room wouldn't open, they also cleaned up the replacement room as soon as I arrived. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a good selection of various foods for room service or there were plenty of restaurants with delicious food nearby. I highly recommend to anyone who's visiting...

「The guy at front desk told me he no longer does business with hotels.com. I had already been charged at this point. I end up having to pay cash. I got double charged. Somebody is obviously ripping me off. Not sure if it’s hotels.com or guy at front desk. I have gotten nowhere with hotels.com trying to figure this out thru multiple e-mails and just got hung up on when I called. I will never use hotels.com again. They are as shady a business as you could have, please people don’t become a victim...
