"THE HOTEL IS TERRIBLE..400 DOLLARS FOR ONE NIGHT.ONE OF TWO ELEVATORS WAS DOWN.THE HOTEL IS SPLIT IN TWO SECTIONS SO IF YOU GOT ON THE WORKING ELEVATOR,IT ONLY TOOK YOU TO ONE SECTION OF THE HOTEL.YOU HAVE TO REROUTE BACK TO THE MAIN FLOOR WALK AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOTEL TO GET TO THE ROOM
NO ONE EXPLAINED THIS AT CHECK IN.THE PHONE DiD NOT WORK IN THE ROOM.VALET PARKING WAS COMPLETELY CHAOTIC.THE BELL SERVICE WAS NONEXISTANT.YOU WAIT FOR A CART ,THEY ONLY HAD TWO AND THEN YOU HAD TO LOAD THE CART AND TAKE IT DOWN TO THE VALET DESK ,THEN WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR YOUR AUTOMOBILE .THE ONLY THING GOING FOR THIS HOTEL IS THE LOCATION.THE HALLWAYS WERE DINGY,THE ROOM SMALL..THE STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL AND THE MAN AT THE DESK DURING CHECK IN WAS RUDE..MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO COMPLETELY RETHINK THIS PLACE.I'M SURE I AM NOT THE ONLY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.A LADY ON THE ELEVATOR STATED SHE COULD NOT GET ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THIS PROPERTY SO THEY STAYED ONE NIGHT AND CHECKED OUT ,VERY DISSATISFIED. TOP DOWN ,THIS PLACE IS RUN WITH AN "I DONT CARE ATTITUDE."
