「I am definitely going to return to the hotel whenever i am Bordeaux France again. The only flaws I see is the limited varieties of breakfast. The staff are very welcoming especially the tall black guy I met on my arrival and couple days afterwards. He speaks English and he has good customer service.」

「The rooms in the zoologie wing were massive as they were in the old historical building. It had bare brick walls, tall ceilings and large windows. The toilet had a quirky cistern and even though the shower room was a huge glass cubicle it didn't take up any unnecessary space. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful.
