The room was clean, big, and comfy. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. It's a short walk from the town centre, but it's up a very steep hill, which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. All in all, would recommend!
The location is excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. Free parking was a great bonus, and the hotel offers good value for money. It’s a friendly, family-run business that makes you feel right at home.
We really appreciated the warm hospitality, enjoyed the nice pool, and found the owner’s suggestions for the tour to Tenby very helpful!
Decent hotel with excellent access to Saundersfoot (via steep hill). Room was spacious & clean. Didn’t use pool & breakfasts are £12 per head payable @ hotel & OK. Exactly what you’d expect from a 3 Star hotel.
First time to area for our 10th anniversary break. Excellent value and friendly family run hotel.. Saundersfoot is lovely and a great base to travel out to Tenby only a few miles away, Beaches nearby Swimming pool perfect temp .. 5 Stars .

Awful service when I checked in, no warm welcome (no welcome at all), just handed the room key without any instructions on where my room was or offer to help me with my three bags up two flights of stairs!
No information about where anything was or what was available at the property.
My room was up two step sets of stairs, no idea if there was a lift. Very basic but clean and comfortable room, nice view and good wifi.
Very good location just off the coast path and about 200m up from the town.
Can’t say anything else about the property as I felt too uncomfortable to wander around and I stayed in my room.
Lovely three night family stay. The couple running it couldn’t do enough for you, very accommodating. Good to have the indoor pool too.Handy position for beach and town.
Malin house provided everything and more for us. It’s the perfect place for a family. The family rooms are in fact apartments. Just ideal for us. If booking for a family, look no further.
I asked for a sea or garden view room, and I got one!
Easy 5 mins walk to town centre, but a bit longer on way back due to steep hill.
All staff were extremely helpful.
It was perfect for us. very good value for money. We would be happy to go back. Plenty of space to relax in if it was raining. Could do with a bit of TLC
We stayed in room 9 which was a studio double and it was fabulous. Lovely views over saundersfoot, sea and harbour. Lovely clean bedding & fluffy towels. Wi-Fi great. Separate small kitchen area had everything you needed. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again. Free parking and a couples min walk into town
Great shower and nice room overall albeit up two long flights of stairs. I enjoyed having the garden and conservatory area to sit in.
I didn't find the (single) bed very comfortable though I'm not sure why.

THE PROPERTY WAS IN A GOOD LOCATION AND IN ITS DAY MUST HAVE BEEN SPLENDID BUT NOW IT IS DATED AND NEEDS A REVAMP. THE DOUBLE GLAZING HAD GONE IN OUR BEDROOM THE SHOWER DIDN'T WORK PROPERLY AND GENERALLY THE PLACE SEEMED TIRED.
The room (studio) was large, bright, clean and well decorated/carpeted, the bed/pillows comfortable, bathroom and kitchenette both clean. Excellent shower in the bathroom. We made use of the microwave and refrigerator during our stay. Despite the road outside, it was quiet at night. The restaurants, shops and beach are all within 10 minutes walk, a bit longer coming back up the hill. Parking available outside and easy reach, by car, to Tenby, Pembroke and all the other surrounding areas. We visited 3 excellent castles as well as spent time on the beach. Nothing really that I can criticise. Wifi good. We did not take breakfast so unable to comment on the staff and service. We had minimal contact with the staff, there was no need.
When we booked in the man just handed us the key, never said a word, I had to ask where our room was. No offer of breakfast. The room itself was ok. But when we went to use the the facilities down stairs on the Saturday, there was rain water pouring through the ceiling, dying plants over the pool table and the pool was cold and dirty. There was nobody on reception, just a note to say they would be back later. It was off putting from the start, the smell of curry through out the building was horrible. Nothing like what was advertised. Very disappointed

Hotel was ok but not great.
Bathroom needed a thorough clean as black mould on tiles. Missing grout around the edge of the tiles meant very large silverfish shared the shower.
The room itself was ok and the fridge was a bonus. The room wasn't cleaned while we were there and only the bins were emptied.
The tv had to be retuned frequently as kept losing signal. The terrestrial channels were the worst and every time the tv was retuned we got different channels. The local pub had a great signal!
The hotel didn't appear full & we only saw 1 other family there. Didn't eat there & didn't see anyone else eating either.
The pool was small & constantly covered. Not allowed to use hotel towels for the pool so didn't try to go in.
Was ok for a last minute booking but wouldn't go again
For a hotel this is an ok guest house. It’s located on the edge of town up a fairly steep hill. As I was travelling alone I was allocated a single room, which is ok, but I did find the bed too soft for my liking. Something I would also expect to find in a hotel is some form of information, about the hotel facilities and things to do in the local area, but there was nothing. The breakfast option was declined, as I consider £12 extortionate and have only ever paid that at an airport. On the plus side there is tea making facilities, good WiFi and plenty of drawer space.
Good size family room - not often get 2 bedrooms so good space.
Very dated
Couple upstairs rowed to 2am and kept us awake. Then noisy floorboards and busy road.
Staff - non existent !!
