"Felt this property needs a lot of tlc. Could be beautiful with some care and a revamp. Cleaning was basic, very grubby in areas like behind beds, shower heads, corners, behind sinks, curtains, bed bases, bed protectors, kettles etc. Not as expected and I don’t feel it’s a high enough standard to be let out to guests. Property overlooks Saundersfoot beach so has the potential to be lovely but probably unsuitable for older generation due to the parking situation and access to property with...

"Easy to self-check in, perfect location, and lovely, clean rooms. The views are wonderful no matter where you're situated in the hotel. I've stayed here many times and will be back for many more. My only minor complaint is that it's a shame the car park isn't subsidised. Other than that, I can't fault this place. "

"It's the little touches that count. Like having driven 7 hours to find not only the usual tea, coffee etc but a full pint of milk and bottles of water in the mini fridge. Together with a lovely bottle of wine and biscuits. Really, really grateful. The location is excellent, room very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the wifi strong. "
