「Property was clean and staff were very cordial. Breakfast was disappointing.」

「Breakfast was very good. Staff interaction was minimal but it was great when we did converse with them. The room was clean expect there were a few dead bugs in the one window. Not a big deal to me as I am surrounded by bush, and bugs are are just a part of life. Pool was nice and enjoyable. Hotel was clean as was the parking lot and surrounding area. Will definitely stay again.」

「Staff was friendly at check in, nice location near the water with ample parking. Sadly the room, and entire 2nd floor smelled like well ground in cigarette smoke. The sheets were clean as was the floor and bathroom, however it’s a very old facility. This means the ac, bathroom fan etc were loud and made it hard to sleep as we could hear not only ours, but our neighbours. We ended up leaving and getting back on the highway as we couldn’t sleep.」

「Liked the pool. Happy hour at Casey. Liked Starbucks coffee in room. Lots of parking. No freezer in fridge and ice machine broken on my floor. No usb plug in. Grip Bar in bathtub was too close to toilet and could not use it. No screen on my window so couldn’t open it. There was a very strong chemical smell in the room.」

「I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the experience regarding this property. A participant attending training through our organization checked into the hotel and immediately encountered cleanliness concerns, including dirty bedding that required replacement. Photos were taken to document the condition of the room. More concerning, the guest reported an interaction with an individual on the property that left them feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. As a result, they made the decision...
