「Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.」

「I found the place rather confusing. The Uber driver couldn't find it and had to ask several people in the vicinity. There are no markings to indicate "Ngaliema Resort Club"; indeed the board with keys at reception has a different name on it. There's no lobby, just an office that might be open. They do serve a breakfast on the rooftop. There seemed to be very few guests and very few staff around. The room was OK - air conditioned and with some amenities - but the location wasn't great. 「The accommodation served my purpose of stay. I liked the green. It should be maintained more. They do not provide sandles/slippers in the bathroom. To me, this was weird.」
