「The 2 x Queen bed room on the fourth floor was clean, cool, and comfortable. The fridge/freezer (separate doors!) worked well and the microwave was sparkling clean. We had the correct number of towels for each of us and the tub/shower was clean. The beds were very comfortable and we had the best sleep of our trip. We slept too long to use the pool and gym. 「I appreciate this hotel and its staff so much. It's clean, well-maintained, and feels like a second home. I've been staying at this property at least once per year for the last six years, and I am never disappointed. The staff goes above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. 「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」
