"The apartment is very conveniently located. The room is clean and air conditioning works very well. The host is extremely helpful. The breakfast is excellent and tasty. However, the toilet is very close to the shower, making it a bit difficult to get in and out of the shower."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"The property was amazing and a beautiful location with tons to do around. I had entered the city a little bit earlier than expected and within five minutes a staff member was there to assist in letting us in, even though they were not operating during these hours. The property was extremely clean and I slept like a baby would definitely recommend."

"Great hotel if you’re not fussed about food breakfast or the pool. Staff were the only thing which was great apart from the sea view room ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay inside the room but hotel seemed to have some smell. Parking also was super busy hotel didn’t have private spots."

The breakfast was outstanding, the coffee was excellent and the service was perfect. The room was a generous size and the beds were very comfortable. "Amazing little boutique hotel. Beautiful setting for dinner overlooking La Spezia and the harbour. The staff were fantastic and even gave our son some gifts and my wife for her birthday. Thanks guys, it was only 1 night stay on our road trip but it was very memorable."
