The location was great for walking the Camino. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to a grocery store that was very close.

The location was excellent. The staff was attentive to our needs and walk through to our room was interesting. It was a boiler room made into a walk through and welcoming reception. Overall it was a grate place to start your Camino experienced. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay In Sarria before your journey on the Camino.

After hours check in and they sent check in codes by email, whatsapp and text. All three had different entry codes so neede to switch back and forth until access successful

Price was reasonable and location was perfect for Camino starters. It’s on the main trail of the Camino’s section in the Historic Center with plenty of restaurants & shops around. The main downtown of Sarria was at a walkable distance. The unit was a clean room & bathroom with no frills, linen & towels, nothing extra. What I didn’t like was having to use codes, one to get into the building and one to get into the unit. To get to the unit which is the one in the picture on Expedia you have to go through the main building with an entryway & corridor which was not a pleasant one & dark at night, there was a delay in sensor light going on upon entering. The other thing wrong was being able to hear the people talking late at night so there’s no insulation to buffer the noises from a common wall. So unfortunately didn’t get a good night sleep. No AC either, only heater, but you can open windows.

Hotel is in need of signs identifying facility location and phone number of staff who can assist with allowing entrance — as well as hours staff is available to help. Heater beeped every 20 minutes all night long. There was no way to turn it off. Facility is newly opened, these things require attention

This property is deceiving in every way. If you are traveling alone it is hard to find. No desk help. The whole process to access the premises sounds like a scam. Once you access the building you gave to endure the awful smell, unclean hallway that leads to the small apartments. The desk service is non existent. Please consider staying somewhere else. The owner of the place doesnt even bother to treat and welcome the guests…the businesses around the place do. The picture in the expedia website is not the same you see as you access the place. DO NOT TAKE KIDS TO THIS PLACE. Scary, smelly, non friendly.
