"We were very satisfied with our stay at the Divani. The location was a big plus when booking and we found it to be very convenient for our trip’s itinerary. The room was satisfactory with the housekeeping staff being friendly and helpful. We had breakfast every morning and were greeted graciously by the staff and host of the dining room. The food was well prepared with a sufficient variety for most people. The rooftop restaurant was an experience that we would highly recommend. The evening bartender was very congenial and accommodating with some of our needs during our stay. We utilized the workout room daily and were very impressed the quality of the equipment and their functionality albeit the treadmills were a bit worn. We stayed 6 full days and departed on the 7th. We arrived at approximately 4:00 pm (1600h) on the 2nd of July. During this time everyone, including the front desk staff and hotel porters were pleasant and welcoming. All but for the gentleman that registered us upon arrival. I had called the hotel a few days prior to our arrival to ask if a power “converter” would be available in our room and was told I could check one out at the front desk upon arrival. When asking for the converter I was told that the hotel only supplied adapters. I was a bit taken aback due to my need to keep the controller for my insulin pump charged and functioning. While trying to explain my situation I was cut off with a “ I already told you, we don’t have them” response. I w"
