Place to crash while skiing

It was a good place to stay for a few days while skiing. The reception was very helpful with ski rentals and transportation to the ski resort. The rooms could use a deep clean and the price didn't seem to match the value, but I'm overall happy with the friendly staff.

Excellent and friendly staff, quiet and convenient location (close to grocery stores and restaurants), 5 min drive to the ski resort. It'd be 5 stars had the water in the shower not been lukewarm. It never got hot during my stay (of 4 days).

Bir daha asla kalmam

Hijyen çok kötü, oda temizliği yapılmamış, lavaboda kireç, tuvalette nahoş lekeler oluşmuş. Temizlik ilacı kullandıklarını düşünmüyorum. Günlük oda temizliği de yapılmıyor. Tuvalet kağıdı vs. resepsiyondan istiyorsunuz. Duşakabin camı, klozet kapağı kırıktı. Otelin en kısa zamanda tadilat görmesi, çalışanların eğitim alması gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Odalarda sigara içildiğinden, bütün otel zehir gibi sigara kokuyor. Ses yalıtımı kötü, grup halinde gelen konuklar varsa, gecenin bir saatine kadar uyku yok. Üç gece kaldım, kahvaltı dahil olduğu halde yapmadan çıktım. PS: Sarıkamış Kayak Merkezi benim favorim, her kesime hitap ediyor. Özellikle yeni başlayanlar ve kayağı ilerletmek isteyenler için ideal, geniş ve kolay pistlere sahip. Kar kalitesi çok iyi. Ayrıca kayak merkezine yakın, Sarıkamış Kültür Evi restoranına mutlaka uğrayın. Evelik çorbası çok başarılı.

Temiz ve geniş odalar, uygun fiyat, odalar biraz eski olabilir. Akşamları ücretsiz çay ve kek , kurabiye servisi var. Sabah kahvaltısında restoran biraz soğuktu.

Geweldige skipistes en uitstekend verblijf

Het was een leuk verblijf ook de skipistes waren goed te bereiken. Taxi heen en terug 40 tl. Het verblijf is uitstekend, alleen wil ik een opmerking maken over de douches en toilet. Niet dat ze vies waren, maar meer dat ze bij elkaar ingebouwd zijn er is genoeg ruimte om deze apart te houden, dus snap niet zo goed waarom de bij elkaar ingebouwd zijn. Dat is mijn enige opmerking voor de rest een goede ervaring aan overgehouden

İlgili ve temiz bit otel.

Öncelikle otele girdiğimizde çok sıvak bir şekide karşılandık. otel yöneticisi ve çalışanları her konuda bize yardımcı oldular. Otelin konumu çok iyiydi. Otel odaları temizdi ve güzeldi. Kahvaltıdan da keyf aldık ve otelden mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldık.

Kayak için gittik, otelden kayak merkezi taksi ile 5 dk. Otel oldukça sıcak üşümek mümkün değil. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Otel ilçenin içinde kayak kiralama ve resorablar hemen dibinde.

Good hotel with extremely helpful staff

The hotel staff was very helpful and customer oriented. Very good service. I especially thank Adem, Ömer and Muhittin. They helped me for taxis, airport service, restaurant arrangements and skiing equipment . Room was big and comfortable. The hot food variety in the breakfast can be increased.The hotel is in the heart of the town.

Otel organizasyonu ile bizi havaalanından otele getirecek olan servis aracı yolcu sayısı tam organize edilmediği için herhalde koltuk sayısından fazla idi ve eşim, Kars'tan Sarıkamış'a kadar ayakta geldi. Kişibaşı 25 TL olan bu hizmeti bu şekilde almak zorunda kaldığımız için seyahatimiz ilk başta sinir bozukluğu ile başladı. İnternet sitesinde yazdığı halde otelden kayak merkezine servis yoktu. Her gün taksi ile gidip gelmek zorunda kaldık. Bize otel rezervasyonunu Hotel.com'dan yaptığımız için bu servisin olmadığı söylendi. Günlük 30-35 TL taksi parası verdik. Kayak ekipmanı kiralama ve günlük çevre gezisi turu için otel çalışanları bize yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak ilgilerinden memnun kaldık. Kendilerini geliştirmeleri için birkaç eleştirim olacak. Odamızın bulunduğu katın koridorundaki halının kirliliği rahatsız edici idi, otelin genel imajını sarsıyor. Banyo lavabolarının temizliğe ihtiyacı var. Havluların yıkandığı, bekletildiği odada sigara içiliyor sanırım. Havlulara sigara kokusu sinmişti. Otelde sadece sabah kahvaltısı olduğu için, kahvaltı biraz daha zenginleştirilebilir ki kaldığımız dört günün son bir iki günü biraz daha iyiydi. Ayrıca, odalarda wifi olmalı.
