「Very chill, family-run place. It’s almost like walking into a family cottage than a hotel, in a good way. We stayed only for a few hours - we had checked out of a different hotel in Goreme in the morning, and had all day to explore Avanos until our flight at night. We also wanted to catch some sleep before our flight so Akman was perfect since the rooms were very inexpensive. The host and his wife were very warm, and although I couldn’t speak or understand Turkish they went out of the way to...

「Rose Valley Hotel was a great experience. The rooms were beautiful with high arched ceilings and everything was very clean. The breakfast is cooked fresh for each table and was very delicious. Best free hotel breakfast we have ever had. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the balloons. The customer service was amazing and the hotel staff helped coordinate food delivery, shuttles, a hot air balloon ride, and much more. Everyone made us feel very welcome and at home.」

「Very good place to stay. Owners were very kind and helpful. Not all units has laundry although homepage seems to say that. Asked a toilet paper but they did not provide since it is not hotel. Very difficult to purchase since maekets sell by a package. Other than that it was a very nice accommodation.」

「The manager Ali was incredibly helpful. He arranged for us to have a hot air balloon ride after our original reservation was cancelled; he arranged airport shuttle. He extended our check out time so we could get a nap after the balloon ride. And more. The room was quiet, and easy to sleep in. We recommend this hotel whole heartedly.」
