Beautiful land surrounds a stunning facility. Buffalo and Elk seen every day. Spacious quiet areas to rest and relax. Lots to do if you want activities.
We had an incredible stay at the lodge. The hosts were so welcoming, and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed wandering, and visiting and just relaxing. It was an incredible getaway and we can’t wait to plan our next trip here again! We’ve told all of our friends too!
The Lodge was beautiful! Our room was very nice, and comfortable. The owners were great and very personable. The homemade breakfast was a great way to start the day!
There is no internet and cell signal was very weak. It's not much good for business travel if you have emails, office work and such. If you want to just relax and enjoy the scenery with a personal touch it is great.
Beautiful property and wonderful hosts! The room was quiet, even when a large group was hanging out in the game room below us. It rained really hard the second day and that made the road up to the lodge a little treacherous, but my little car was still able to get there without much difficulty. Beautiful views, excellent food!
If you want a restful, comfy place to get away- this is the place! The rooms are decorated in hunting themes and very tasteful. The beds are comfy and the bedding is great. The lodge has a beautiful balcony all the way around with chairs set out to enjoy the fantastic views. It is so peaceful and relaxing!
Downstairs is the Copper Bison Tasting Room that serves your favorite drinks, as well as a variety of Nebraska wines. Roxy mixes up unique tasting cocktails too- she loves to play around thinking up new ones. They also have pizza, wings and other snacks to enjoy with your drinks.
Upstairs is the huge breakfast room - be prepared for a great meal ]with amazing views.
The lodge is surrounded by the pastures for bison and elk and other creatures, which are fun to watch.
This was our second visit to the lodge and we plan to make this a regular summer stop.
We had an amazing time at this lodge! The property is absolutely beautiful and the owners are so helpful and friendly! Breakfast in the morning was delicious; we enjoyed our stay here very much!
Large up-to-date lodge with over 300 acres of rolling hills and excellent views. Owners have herds of bison and elk roaming the acres so views of both are frequent. The lodge is nicely decorated and provides beautiful rooms with very comfortable bedding. The "back deck" is the place to have morning coffee and viewing the rising sun. Mitch and Roxanne are friendly and great conversationalists. I enjoyed my stay very much!
Staff failed to show around facility. Tried to check in multiple patrons at once. One party was a return guest and talked over staff and read her emails to staff about rooms. When got to me showed room and walked away failing to tell about eminities. Was told would let know about breakfast. No followup no idea where breakfast was served or when. Looked around lodge but did not locate. No point of contact due to no staff desk or contact area.
The Comstock Premier Lodge is set in scenic hill country outside of Sargent, Nebraska. Shortly after booking our stay an e-mail from the folks there provided very clear directions to the site. Once on the property we were hooked. The lodge is as spacious and properly appointed as anything one might find in all of the Midwest. In a word: amazing. Welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable... the staff is top-notch. The rooms--I believe there are eleven--we saw were very nice. Our own room had very good beds. Clean and tidy throughout. Great breakfast. Lovely scenery, and I mean lovely; we saw bison, elk, deer, pheasant, and more. (Our grandchildren frolicked with the owners' pooches.) We will be back. Count on it.
I sent my wife alone to this fabulous location. Breakfast cooked by owner (wife has allergies). Beautiful remote location. Will be back. Bison and surroundings were beautiful...
We had a fantastic, relaxing stay at this beautiful lodge! Emily, our hostess, was kind and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, the beds were soft, and the views were gorgeous!
This is one of the nicest B&B’s you will get ver find. The Huggins are very nice people. Extremely personable. Emily is a jewel. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. It is quiet. The Breakfast they serve is always amazing. The views of their property and the surrounding Sandhills of Nebraska are something to behold. You just can’t go wrong! Book it!!!
