"They had smoking rooms, which are hard to find these days. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were very friendly and helpful. Although the washer/dryer was small, it was free, which came in very handy for us. Although the room was small with no closet, it was very clean and comfortable. So many restaurants within walking distance. All in all, it's not a high-end hotel, but great value for the price."

"The staff are really nice and sweet, it is a love hotel so there’s a lot of people, and a lot of sounds, I complained about the sound and I got a new room on a flor where there was no sound. The location is a bit from Seoul but very easy to get to Seoul tower only 15-20 min by bus. "

The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). While very little english is spoken by the people i interacted with I managed to ask a couple question using using google translate and they were happy to accomodate. It is a relativelly cheap hotel in seoul so no major luxuries but also no nasty surprises"
