A stay at Le Chatard, Sarcey

We expected LaChatard to be nice but a fairly basic stopover for our visit to the area however the service, facilities, and restaurant were all fantastic. The restaurant serves a local menu and wine, and the food was beautiful. Service was very friendly and accommodating. The team evidently took pride in their work. Facilities were comprehensive too with a well stocked gym, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sunbathing area. A great place to stay.

Journey home

We me and my son was travelling home to Sweden from Spain.And we had a very good welcoming,we arrived at a Sunday and restaurant closed at 18:00 ,but we had good help find lot of places to and eat,we order pizza and take back to hotel. Forgot to tell but room was coold and nice when we arrived,outside 38 this day. We did eat and after we take a swim in the pool. We was very satisfied with service and had a great international breakfast.we will comeback!

Je suis arrivé avant 7h du matin afin de régler mon séjour, et là le patron n’a pas été sympathique dans ses propos à mon égard, c’était trop tôt, la réception n’ouvre que à 7h etc. Sachant que j’avais prévenu la veille. Manque de respect de sa part, le reste du personnel rien à dire.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Voor mij geen tweede keer. Geen personeel, restaurant op zaterdag & zondag gesloten. Maar goed dat we daar op tijd achter kwamen voordat we bij het hotel waren. Wilde s’avonds nog wat drinken maar ook dat kon niet, alleen een automaat beschikbaar waar je met muntgeld wat uit kon halen. Bar, receptie allemaal gesloten.

Séjour pro, pris une chambre à la dernière minute, disponible. Très bon accueil par le réceptionniste qui était déjà occupé, mais qui m'as reçu comme il se doit. Le parking est très bien, fermé la nuit, mais la grille s'ouvre avec votre clé de chambre, quoi de plus pratique. Petit déj correct avec possibilité d'avancé l'heure.

Pour Chambre lit 2 places à 89 euro et pas pris le petit déjeuner: beaucoup de rangements, de la place autour du lit. Belle grande douche italienne mais salle de bain un peu petite. Toilettes de même. Pas de clim.
