「Everything was great」

「I decided to take my wife to the Belmont Stakes horse race for her birthday and for our anniversary. We could only get one night, as Saratoga was very busy that weekend. The BMI was stunning. Wish we could have stayed longer to relax on property. Martha (our host) was exactly what you would expect from this type of accommodation. Pleasant, Professional, Friendly & welcoming. 「The staff was friendly. They had the wrong room for us when we went to check-in, so we had to wait another 30+ minutes to check-in. That was frustrating, but we were offered a beverage and snack for each of us. Once you get past the lobby, the space is dated, but everything was clean. The rooms were clean, the bathrooms are small, but overall the space was nice. It’s walkable to downtown and the restaurants, which was great. 」

「Convenient, good parking good breakfast」

「The property was beautiful and quaint. The room was clean and beautiful, however, it had a musty smell. If you’re going to a concert, the walk is quick and easy, however, don’t plan on anything for food or drink open at the hotel when you return」

「We checked in a bit late and the over the phone assistance was excellent and the room was very clean. The only thing I will say is that it took a very long time for it to cool down in the room due to the air conditioner not working the best and the temp kept rising but it was very hot outside so it could have just been over worked. Other than that a very convenient spot in town for the price.」

「Everything! Not at all what its advertised. Its a ghost motel. I was the only resident for 3 days. Nob and tube wiring, bathroom door showing signs of damand and would not close. The coded door knob that did not always respond, no daily trash pick up or dirty towel pickup. Half the sign was fenced off. Spotty internet access. I got to watch squatters being removed and had to worry about my safety while the squatters stuff lay 50 steps from my door. Owners not on the premises only saw one...

「The staff was very helpful an I had a quick check in. The room was clean. I like a hot breakfast and it was delicious, I really appreciate that the scrambled eggs where nor just plain but that they had chives. It was easy to find parking close to the door. What I did not like is the design of the shower door. It is not a door that closes fully and it ended up creating a lot of water outside of the shower. Other than that, our stay was great and I will go back again!」
