Overall, it was a great experience - I liked it so much, I've already booked a return trip while I was staying in the hotel. However, some of the staff seemed like they'd rather be anywhere else. I had a few questions upon checking in the person behind the desk was less then enthusiastic when speaking with me. Once I was in my room, I noticed the hotel room door didn't lock; they sent someone to come fix it but he told me it wasn't broken & wouldn't really take anything else for an answer, so my entire four night stay the door was half unlocked. Later that first day, I noticed the patio door didn't lock; the hotel sent someone to fix it, which they did with gracious speed. Day two my tv wasn't working, when I called to have someone look at it they didn't have anyone available, had to wait until the next day. Day 3, tv didn't work, they sent someone to fix it. Day 4, tv didn't work, they once again sent someone to fix it. Aside from the room issues, it was a nice stay. The pool/cabanas/wink wink restaurant was great. Kelly at the pool bar is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! She really made our time at the pool wonderful, same with Jersey. I was able to meet Brittney as well, the three of them deserve a raise, really great customer service. Would recommend & plan to stay again, just hope to have less issues in the room!
