Location is the best thing about this place.

5 mins walk to beach, staff could have given better directions on my check in both written and verbal. Newer property so some things needed to be addressed (informed on my check out). Very comfortable and nicely decorated.

I dont even know where to start. In the living room was a sand under the carpet. When we moved the table to side and move the carpet because we needed a sleeping sofa to put in work we were surprised by how much sand was under that carpet. They just cleaned around carpet not the whole floor. Next, microwave didnt work, dish washer didn’t work and dryer didn’t work. Wifi and TV too. They came next day to fix wifi and tv and for the rest of the week it was going on and off so definitely very inconvenient. They replaced the microwave after 3 days and they fixed the dishwasher too. But the dryer machine they didn’t even bother to look at it. We had 2 little kids so we needed the dryer to wash our clothes. Very disappointed. Please be aware and call in advance to make sure all of this works. Besides that, the pool was amazing, 1 min walk. Also the beach, 3mins walk. That was amazing. Restaurant, pharmacy, 7/11 all walk distance.

Overall stay was good - short walk to beach and accommodation was adequate. We were unhappy with check in process and service: check in time was listed as 4-6pm but our room was not ready until 5:30pm! This is very inconvenient when you have a family including a toddler. Reception didn't seem to do anything to expedite the process even though no one was at condo and no cleaning was being done when we stopped at 4pm. Don't expect free wifi as advertised - we called because network provided was not found and office told us it was offline and they had a hotspot if we wanted to come back to the office and pick it up! No explanations or assistance provided.

Property is about a 1/2 block from the beach. Pool was nice and very close, and very warm. The unit was clean and kitchen well equipped. Shower was amazing. The unit is small for 4 adults. We arrived on a Friday eve and TV didn't work and remotes for ceiling fans and lights had no batteries. We called on Sat, maintenance guy came, said he would be back, he was going to get us batteries and a Roku until it could be fixed. He never showed back up. Called Monday, they said they didn't know anything about it and the maintenance guy had the day off. They did get someone out to get it fixed. I absolutely hated the ceiling fan and lights being on a remote. Didn't work half the time even with batteries. Would have liked to have an outdoor light for the patio and and umbrella for the day time. Overall, good place to land after a rough day at the beach. Really good bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Nice stay!

The good: The condo is remodeled and has private beach access less than a 5 minute walk away. It is a 1 story duplex, so you only have 1 unit connected to this one. Small courtyard offers outdoor space. What could be better: The mattresses are not very comfortable. They tell you right in the packet that is handed out that any additional cleaning is appreciated, but literally give you nothing to clean with. A mop & broom but no bucket, no cleaning cloths and no cleaning chemicals at all. I would have cleaned had they provided what was needed to do so. Also, the grill would not light and the grates were corroded. As far as cleanliness. The floors had sand on them when we arrived, but I am sure that is a tough battle to win considering the proximity to the beach. Overall, I would recommend based on location and the fact that it was remodeled. I would also consider staying there again.

Amazing ladies trip

Location was great, very cute and clean. Beds could have been more comfortable. More toilet paper for 4 people staying 6 nights. Vs 1.5 rolls. Ants started in the bathroom area on day 2. Also could use a full length mirror. Great location for beach access, night life and very home feeling! We will be back.

We have been going to Siesta Keys for the last three years, I did like the area we were in but we did have issues with a few things. We had ants, centipedes, a bad front door with a large gap, bathroom sink stopper didn’t work and the worst was my husband got bitten all over his legs from sitting in the courtyard. The bites were from chiggers which caused issues for a couple weeks. Minus these problems the apartment was nice.

Wonderful place!

Our stay was amazing! The condo was very nice and very updated and clean! 30 second walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed to accommodate our stay! We will definitely rent again if possible. Beach side management was also very friendly, gave us tips on local places to visit and eat.

Great easy check in. I was stuck in traffic and they emailed me my access code so I could get in without going to the office. I just had to go the next morning to sign the paperwork. The pool that you have access to is maybe 150 feet away.its also a saltwater pool instead of chlorine so no burning red eyes

Clean and near beach. Not quite the private beach access as described considering the bulk of beach was reserved for frontline beach properties. No chopping board, ‘plastic plates’ and one oven tray.. could do better on the kitchen utensils. Lovely to have fridge and full laundry and drying facilities. Would have liked a full clean and laundry change offered during our stay.

The property was verybclean, super cozy and in an absolutely amazing location. The beach access was so close and had the most beautiful white sand. So many amnenties available to us such as bikes, hammocks, pool and more. Trip was absolutely perfect!

The property was clean and accommodated my family of 5 needs very nicely. The 5 minute walk to beach acces was fantastic and enjoyed the private beach which was hardly occupied during our stay from 12/07 - 12/11. We will definitely be coming back.

Great condo. Close to beach

Great place to stay. Close to beach and pool. Newly painted and decent kitchen. The only downsides were the knives in the kitchen were so blunt they couldn’t cut warm butter, and the hot water was Luke warm and ran out quickly unless you showered early in the morning. Very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Would stay there again.

Nice Bungalow Close to the Beach

The 2 bedroom bungalow had been recently remodeled and showed very well. No blinds or curtains on the front door or back door entrance made it a little uncomfortable from a privacy stand point. The mattresses were a little too firm. Washer and dryer made it great to do laundry during stay. The staff at the rental office were very friendly and helpful. We could have been advised as to where we were allowed to sit on the private beach as we had to be advised by the employees of the other facilities on the beach.
