First of all I get to the “hotel” and there isn’t anyone at the front desk to greet customers and help with check in. Instead there is an machine doing the check in. I was placed in a room that the lights didn’t function in. When I called the front desk they asked me to come down to change my room. As I came back down to the machine I asked the gentlemen to place me on the first floor as I was traveling alone and placing my in room 223 at the end, all alone didn’t seem safe. He denied my request and said that because I booked online he cannot do that change. I told him that room 108 was available and it was a single bed room. He still denied it and said the room was going to be occupied. He placed me in room 223 - the phone did not work. I go down to the pool to enjoy the pool and the pool was extremely dirty. There was garbage and large bugs floating all over the pool and the floor was cover in a black sud. The following days it was cleaned and much better but that first day was not. The breakfast was descent, nothing big just bread, butter, coffee, juice, waffle, yogurt and cereal- that’s it. They didn’t even offer water for breakfast. The only positive thing I saw was the lady who attended the breakfast my first two mornings was amazing and sweet. Also liked that in the bathroom they place a towel-mat to use as a bathroom rug when you step out ! The vending machines are old, don’t turn on and didn’t have a lot of variety. Will not stay again and don’t recommend.
