"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at Aloft Sarasota. The bed in our room was stained with blood and covered in hairs when we arrived. It was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially a Marriott property.
To make matters worse, the phone in the room did not work, so when I tried calling the front desk to request clean bedding, I had to use my personal cell phone instead. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were very poor, and the experience made us feel uncomfortable during our stay.
I expected much better service and cleanliness from this hotel."
