"I had a lovely stay at the Hyatt Sarasota Airport hotel. It serves my needs perfectly now that Ive moved my mom into assistive living I come once/month. I had the most disturbing interaction with one of their night front desk people that caused me to double lock my door and call the hotel to let them know that the person representing their hotel that evening was hostile and unstable. I spent 3 hours trying to get some help - on the phone and both chat options. 3 days later I've heard nothing from the hotel. So I basically stayed at a hotel where I paid a lot of money to be bullied by their staff. (ONE woman - the rest of the staff was top notch). I'm appalled by what went down and how my concerns went completely ignored. I will never stay at a Hyatt again. DISGUSTING, INAPPROPRIATE, HOSTILE and AGRESSIVE. nice hospitality (sarcasm) "

The paint was peeling in the bathroom, and I found hair on most of the clean towels. I had to request new ones. The design was clean and modern but spares."
