「Very characteristic hotel, trendy, simple, fashion, is my favorite hotel. It's a long way from the airport, but it's quiet. It's just credit card refunds are slow」

「We had to quickly change our hotels as our stay was extended due to flight cancellations. We are glad we chose this one. Everyone was super helpful and congenial. Front desk, housekeeping and Frank who gave us a ride to airport. Were are all great. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Mark and Liz 」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「There are many options available in the area, but this property had the best ratings over others by a lot and that was the reason why I picked it. This is an older property, but very well maintained and loved. Rooms are upgraded and spotless clean and the owner was friendly and accommodating. Rooms could use some touch up paint job that is about. I will definitely stay here again. 」

「The staff was soo friendly and enjoyable to talk to. also so helpful and brought me extra pillows within 5 minutes. super clean hotel. the only thing i would recommend is a full body mirror in the room. i was there for a wedding and no full mirror :( 」

「Room was very clean . Beds were comfortable. Staff and check in went smoothly. Pool location is in the parking lot, along side a busy road . Pool was fenced in and well maintained . Hotel building is older but inside is modern and updated. The AC worked great but was very noisy. Very close to airport great for early morning flights out. Parking was safe . 」

「The hotel was under construction and was not maintained. Garbage and metal roofing qas being rossed from rooftop to walkway right at our room door. It was incredibly loud and incredibly dangerous. Was not even thrown close to caution taped iff area. Was just thrown pretty forcefully to walkway. That being said, the staff was incredibly professional. and accommodating 」
