The staff at Litan were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel decor and room was modern and beautiful. The waterfront restaurant at sunset was the highlight. Easy parking and an incredible selection for breakfast. Highly recommend a stay at Litan Hotel.

Veel plus en positief, personeel, ontbijt, uitzicht, parkeren, luxe en modern en schoon hotel. Minpunten. Aan drukke weg, airco had niet een optimale werking. Naar strand is nog wel een stuk naar beneden en omhoog lopen.

Clean modern room with a good size balcony, the restaurant area is nice where they served some really good breakfast with a good amount of options which you can enjoy while taking in a view of sarande. Also got a rooftop which is a nice spot to relax and lastly easy access to get down to the main roads for shops and restaurants. We will be back for sure 👌

We stayed in this hotel for two days. Loved everything about the hotel. Amazing room with a great view. The best hospitality- amazing and welcoming staff. Guests are actually treated with so much affection. We were touched. Can’t wait to be back there again. Lovely view from the room and amazing breakfast with wide variety and great quality. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

The sea views are spectacular and the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. Wish we would have eaten dinner in the restaurant. The traditional food looked and smelled amazing. Would highly recommend both the hotel and restaurant.

My stay at Litan Hotel was absolutely amazing, I was a solo female traveller and I stayed for seven nights, the staff were a family of amazing, kind, loving, and helpful people that gave amazing service, they were so kind to me and made me feel very safe, on my last day they taught me back to the sarande port for free as I didn’t have money in cash to get a taxi, this is after the kindness of their heart and they were so genuinely lovely, the rooms are so modern and clean and the bathroom has the essentials already within them (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothbrush et cetera), the breakfast was absolutely amazing and there was plenty of option every day, outside of breakfast they have a restaurant that you can have dinner from and the portion sizes were amazing for the price, the room also has a TV with Amazon prime and YouTube, and the view of the Ionian Sea is absolutely stunning, I could not recommend this hotel enough and definitely a good option for a female solo traveller, just be aware that there is no swimming pool so if that is something that you are looking for, maybe decide on how badly you would want a swimming pool, for me the promenade was around a 45 minute walk downhill and wasn’t a problem however be aware that for wheelchair users it probably wouldn’t be the best form of transport but there are taxis and buses. Thank you so so much for my stay, you were AMAZING (so much love to you and the family) ❤️❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Litan hotel! Exceptional friendliness and serviceminded staff with a personal touch. Modern rooms, perfectly clean and in a more secluded area ot saranda - slept very well! Had dinner at the restaurant which was great. We hope to be back in the future ! 🤗

I really enjoyed my stay at the Litan! Very new, modern, excellent construction and finishes in the rooms and common areas. I found our room to be quite comfortable and with such a gorgeous view of the sea, with a generous-sized balcony and nice outdoor furniture. The air conditioning was excellent - kept our room so cool on very hot days. The restaurant is beautiful with a good breakfast. The owner is lovely - friendly, helpful and kind. There is large, convenient and easy to access parking right across the road, which is a definite plus compared to the parking situations at many hotels we experienced in Albania. I would note that it is a long, steep climb back up the hill (via road or stairs) back up to the hotel after a day at the beach or night out at the restaurants, but it's a pleasant walk down and you can always take a cab back up. I would definitely return to the Litan!
