「Comfortable service」

「1. I stayed at this place for two days, the room and environment really look very nice but my room really smelt bad and remained for the whole two days. Every time I entered the room, even though I have opened the window. (kind of kitchen smell) 2. I’ve got an electric car which uses J1772 car charger but the facility’s J1772 is only available at handicapped parking space. Really annoying 」

「燈光太暗，飯店老舊缺乏維護。感覺附近治安不佳，有些異常的人在大廳走動但是沒有警衛保護住宿的安全。吧台餐廳的食物很糟，冷凍食物。」

「The hotel only provides the bottled water once no matter how long your stay is. Staff are nice.」

「Room is super clean and cozy. Price is reasonable. The location is great and far away from sketchy areas. Staff is super helpful and friendly. One thing that people always ignore but their house keeping service is the best I’ve ever had in the US. Definitely a great deal and will stay there again.」

「With this price, this convenient location in downtown and trendy renovation, it is a good value of money. It does not have AC but having the fan on the ceiling, it’s good coz SF can be quite windy at times. With cable car terminal, restaurant, Macy’s and LV on the same street makes it very convenient. I took the cable car to the Pier 39 and I did enjoy it very much. There is a ramen place at the corner, which is very good. I went there twice in three days.」
