The Comfort Hotel was conveniently located for an early morning drive to Paris train station/airport. The room was reasonably comfortable and clean. We did not choose to pay extra for breakfast. Our only problem with the hotel was from the online check-in which changed our paid reservation from 4 to 3 people. We were unable to contact the hotel to figure it out before our stay - phone calls were dropped and there was no response to multiple online chat attempts. When we actually arrived the staff were very accomodating, saying the reservation changed due to the room having an issue and they gave us 2 connecting rooms. So it all worked out, but it was still a bit stressful ahead of time.

We recently stayed for one night at Comfort Hotel Orleans Saran and were genuinely impressed. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, exactly what you want after a long day of travelling. Despite it being a short stay, everything felt well organised and relaxed. Breakfast was another highlight, with a good selection and everything fresh and well presented, an excellent start to the day. The location is also very convenient, making it an ideal stopover whether you’re travelling through the area or visiting nearby. Overall, a great stay. We would happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Cheap and clean but very dated

The good bits: The location is perfect if you’re travelling, being just off the autoroute. The reception team were nice and friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was ok as a buffet breakfast goes. The not so good bits: There’s not been much money spent on the place for a long time, it’s dated and not the thickest of walls, doors or windows!
