Convenient parking just outside of door. Lovely large bathroom with walk in shower. Excellent for those with access needs. Quiet nights sleep considering location. We were very happy to stop here as part of our journey.

Dont go if it's freezing!

In exceptional freezing conditions, heater was just not good enough for window side of room. Room never got to 20°C.

The receptionist on arrival was indifferent and not very helpful or welcoming. He didn't even know where the room was - He told us it was on the first floor, but it was actually on the ground floor. The room was described as "New Generation" - it was very poor. The motel style room was shabby and tired inside and outside, stained and marked carpets, chipped paintwork, black mould in the corner, dust and fluff on walls and not well cleaned. The bathroom and bedding was clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and the receptionist on duty for the departure was much more friendly welcoming and efficient. I have stayed in several Campaniles and been satisfied, but this is the worst one I have experienced.

I have huge issue with booking for the stay, i booked online with Expedia.com for the night Aug 14-15, on the 1st page i clicked Aug 14-15 but i received a confirmation email from Expedia.com its was done for Aug 28-29, i clicked immediately on Manage Booking button, but i could not cancel it, the typing with virtual agent was grayed out. There's no way to cancel, i rebooked immediately online with Expedia.com for Aug 14-15, it's was doubly booked for same night i was doubled charged for same stay on same night aug14-15, please help so i am charged only once. Tks
