"The balcony doors ware out of the frame couldn’t close :( this is not okay I had valuable items with me and anyone with video of crossing over the balcony was able to cross over and try to get in. Sorry but Not okay. 2nd the shower floor was full of water after showering it couldn’t drain the slope was leading away from the drain . 2-3” of water was collecting there at all time and could go away."
