rooms are small but staff are incredibly nice

the rooms were really small but they make up for it through the kindness of the staff. they were very nice and accommodating.

Friendly Staff but Basic Accommodation

On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is in a quiet part of town, just a short walk from the main area. It's about a 30-40 minute walk to the bus/train station. On the negative side, there was only one shower on the floor, and it got dirty quickly in the mornings. I stayed in the private room, which had very little privacy: literally beside the reception desk, and to get to the bathroom/shower, I had to walk all the way across the common room. The window did not open, so the room was stuffy; I expect it would be very hot in the summer. And the only things in the room were a bed and a coat rack, so there is nowhere to put your stuff.

Extremely helpful staff

When we arrived, the guy working there showed us a map of the points of interest and pointed out key spots we would definitely want to see. And since we were going on to Belgrade next, the staff explained our bus station and route options, printed bus tickets that we purchased online, and even arranged a taxi to take us to the station the next morning. Thank you!
